Get Beach Waves with Bantu Knots
00:14:00
Attention: This is a really old post. It's over two weeks old.
After seeing Miss Kibibi's video on wavy Bantu Knots, I knew I wanted to test it out! I just loved the loose waves and how it framed her face, so very elegant. Here's how I achieved the look:
• I parted my hair into eight sections: three in the front, three in the middle, and two at the back.
• I lightly sprayed each section with water, sealed with Mega Growth oil mixed with castor oil, and then applied Profectiv Healthy Ends on top of that.
• I twisted each section into a Bantu knot and left it to dry overnight.
• The next day, I took down the knots, fluffed, separated and even combed out the curls to give me the wavy look that I wanted. A lot of effort to create an "effortless" look right?
